Clarify the stand builder’s role
The builder turns a brand brief into a constructible space: structure, finishes, signage, sometimes LED or kiosk integration. If the quote does not separate design, fabrication, transport and install, compare it carefully.
Check fabrication capacity, not only the 3D render
A polished image says nothing about production lead times, materials or build crews. Ask for a real calendar: sign-off, fabrication, site arrival, the organiser’s allocated slot.
Anticipate Moroccan show-floor constraints
Dock access, build hours, clear height and hanging rules vary. A builder used to halls in Casablanca, Rabat or international shows asks these questions early.

Assign event-day responsibilities

The stand builder owns design, fabrication and install of the exhibition space. The agency can coordinate the whole event. The roles complement each other when the show sits inside a larger production.
Should you require a 3D design?
Yes, at least one visual proposal signed off before fabrication. It aligns welcome, demo, storage and the hall’s height constraints.
Who handles assembly and strike?
Ideally the same partner as fabrication. A stand delivered without a build crew shifts risk onto your team on the day.
